Minimum invoice is $50.00 net, exclusive of freight. A $10.00 surcharge will be added to all orders under $50.00.

If your order is not for resale and it is shipping to California, the applicable tax rate will be charged. For resellers shipping to California, we must have a valid California Resale Permit on file.

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We can also ship COD and some orders may require deposits when placing the order. If you submit a credit application, we can usually establish Net 30 Day terms after the first order. Our Accounting Department will notify you as soon as your credit has been approved.

In-stock items requiring no assembly ship within 24–48 hours of receipt of the order. For orders requiring additional processing time, our Customer Service Dept will inform you of the anticipated ship date.

Shipping is not included in the cost of the product and is billed separately on all CSP invoices. Unless a preferred routing is specified, we will determine the best method of shipping. A $5.00 handling charge per domestic order or $10.00 handling charge per international order will be added to all shipments.

We charge shipping on all orders, regardless of order size.

Request for same day shipment: $25.00 Net. This flat rate is contingent upon the item ordered being in inventory.

If the item ordered is not in inventory or needs assembly and your rush request causes our production schedule to be interrupted, a minimum additional charge of $25.00 Net will be added each for machine set up required to fill your order.

Orders that require the use of overtime or that interrupt our production schedule to meet your delivery requirements, shall be subject to a surcharge to be quoted prior to our acceptance of your order.

Only standard, currently manufactured products may be considered for return and credit. Custom and Special Order products cannot be returned. With the exception of defective products, we reserve the right to refuse any return if it will create an imbalance in our inventory.

There is a restocking charge that ranges from 20–50%, depending on the item. When requesting permission to return merchandise, the reasons should be clearly stated to avoid any misunderstandings. If we agree to accept the return we will issue you a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA Number). We will not accept returns without an RGA number. Your request to return merchandise must be made within 90 days of receipt of it. Once the RGA number is issued, you have 30 days in which to return the merchandise with freight prepaid.

All merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good condition for resale. We reserve the right to determine the condition of all returns and the amount of credit allowed. In the case of FrameWorks® products or other appearance items, credit will not be allowed if parts are scratched or otherwise not in saleable condition.

If merchandise is damaged in transit, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. The goods are deemed to be yours once we turn them over to the carrier.

All products are sold with the understanding that you will determine the merchantability of each product for fitness for its intended use.

We warrant that products manufactured by us and sold to you shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale.

Warranty claims must be delivered to us in writing within the warranty period specified. At our request, samples must be submitted for our examination. We reserve the right to determine if defective product was caused by us, the carrier or the end user. If we determine that it is our error, we will repair or replace the merchandise and pay the associated freight charges.

Products sold by Clamp–Swing and manufactured by others are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
